Wake up to job applications that are ready to send.
Every weekday at 6 AM, ApplyEngine finds fresh postings, throws out the junk, tailors your resume to each role, and drafts the outreach emails. You get one email. You review it and decide what to send.

What happens while you sleep
One master resume is the source of truth. Everything ApplyEngine writes starts from it.
-
Finds fresh jobs
Searches the titles and cities you care about, plus the career pages of companies you follow, for roles posted in the last 24 hours. On Mondays it covers the weekend.
-
Throws out the junk
Removes agency postings, copied listings, scams, roles that are too senior, roles that rule out visa holders, and reposts you've already seen. Borderline ones get a warning instead of being deleted.
-
Reads each job like a strict recruiter
Ranks what's left, then reads the full description of the top 40 and asks whether it really fits your work, level, location and pay. When in doubt, the answer is no.
-
Tailors your resume
For the top 10, writes a two-page resume using the company's own words for skills you really have, formatted so screening software can read every line.
-
Finds who to contact
Looks up a likely hiring manager, a senior leader, the recruiter and a peer who could refer you, and drafts a short email to each that ties the posting to one real result of yours.
-
Delivers one email
Resumes go to your Google Drive and drafts to Gmail with the right resume attached. Your summary lists every job, its fit score, pay estimate and when to send each email.
It never makes things up
The AI is only allowed to write sentences. Your name, titles, dates, school, certifications and skills are locked by rules it can't change. After it writes, a fact-checker reviews every line.
- A number that isn't in your real resume: the line is removed.
- A tool you've never used: removed.
- A result moved from one job to another: removed.
- If the AI's answer breaks, it retries, then falls back to your original wording.
The AI is the writer. The rules are the editor. The editor always wins.
It prepares.You decide.
Nothing is sent without you
Every email waits in your drafts. Every resume waits in your Drive. ApplyEngine remembers each job it has looked at, accepted or rejected, so tomorrow's brief only shows you something new.
Job review and resume writing run on Claude by Anthropic, inside the rules above.
